What It Is

The Dashboard Overview provides administrators with a comprehensive view of your support operations, including key metrics, analytics, and insights about conversations, calls, and team performance.

Problem It Solves

Without a centralized dashboard, it's difficult to understand the health of your support operations, track key performance indicators, or identify trends and issues that need attention.

How It Works

    The dashboard displays real-time metrics including total conversations, active calls, costs, and activity trends

    You can filter data by time range (last month, last 3 months, last 6 months, or last year)

    Select specific voice assistants to view their individual statistics

    View call statistics with comparisons to previous periods to track growth

    See visual charts showing activity trends over time
